Chuck Gschwend
Director of Spiritual Formation, The Eden Project
A trial attorney, pastor, and trained spiritual director, Chuck is a seasoned retreat leader and is passionate about helping God’s people feel more at home in the love of God. Chuck is now an empty-nester living in Weatherford, Texas with his wife Lindy. They have three adult children.
Chuck has earned his JD, University of Arkansas School of Law; MABS Dallas Theological Seminary; Certificate in Spiritual Direction, LTI’s Selah program, affiliated with Gordon-Conwell Seminary.
Jenn Jett Barrett
Founder & Visionary, The Well Summit
An apprentice of Jesus, a teacher and a spiritual mentor, Jenn spends her days restoring God’s original intent for men and women to live loved and unleashed as they co-labor together to bring the Kingdom near. Her burden is in response to growing up in a faith tradition where knowledge of God’s word was more valued than being transformed by God’s word. Living loved by the author of the transforming Word and with the power of the Spirit, has radically changed her life.
She is the founder of The Well Summit which exists to cultivate discipleship experiences that guide fellow saints as they journey towards living in union with Jesus, unity with one another and living unleashed to bring the Kingdom near. She also serves on the teaching team at Samaritan Church Springdale.
Jenn lives a simple and full life in Northwest Arkansas with her amazing husband, Rhett.
Chris Kear
Director of Downline Conway
Chris is a graduate of the Eden Project Lead Year and is a gifted retreat leader who is passionate about leading people deeper into the love of God in ways that impact the soul of their leadership. Chris also serves as the Director of Discipleship for the Center for Financial Discipleship, which focuses on the deep spiritual connection between our hearts and money.
Chris has been married to Tara for 21 years and enjoys fly fishing, cycling, cooking, soccer, hunting, and just about any outdoor adventure he can find. He loves leading international mission trips to equip church leaders worldwide.
